Three Challenges Met!

Yes, you read that right! Every day, plus one monthly, over on SplitCoastStampers there is a challenge posted. Some are for everyone, and some are for Stampin' Up! demonstrators only.

So the first challenge that I accomplished was a sketch challenge. Click the following link to see the sketch (sorry, I can't figure out how to post it in my blog yet! This is still a learning experience!) It is a challenge that is posted for everyone.

And here is my sample.

Stampin' Up! supplies used are: Blooming with Love stamp set; Rose Red, Basic Black, Whisper White and Basic Gray card stock; Rose Red Patterns Designer Series Paper; Jet Black StazOn stamp pad; Rose Red, Basic Gray, and Going Gray Classic stamp pads; Rose Red and Regal Rose Stampin' Write Markers; Blender Pen and Rose Red 1/4" Grosgrain Ribbon.

Next up is a challenge for Stampin' Up! demonstrators only. The requirements for it was to use a stamp set with a matching wheel, two coordinating colors (called Dynamic Duos on Stampin' Up's Color Wheel - great item!!), and watercoloring as the technique used on the card. So, here goes:

Again, all Stampin' Up! supplies were used, including: Crazy for Cupcakes stamp set with matching Cupcakes wheel; Chocolate Chip, Close to Cocoa (Dynamic Duo!), and Confetti White card stock; Candy Lane Designer Series Paper, Chocolate Chip Classic stamp pad and reinker, Close to Cocoa Classic Reinker and Whisper White Craft reinker, and Real Red Stampin' Write Marker; AquaPainter and 5/8" Chocolate Chip Grosgrain Ribbon.

Finally, this last challenge is actually a three-in-one, and is also posted on the Demo-only side of SCS. While each challenge can be done separately, I chose to combine the entire kit-and-kaboodle into one. So here are the parameters: Color Challenge (Chocolate Chip, Mellow Moss, Very Vanilla); Embellishment Challenge (any floral embellishment that Stampin' Up! sells); and a sketch challenge, which can be found here: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=140379&d=1238362911

Stampin' Up! supplies used for this card include: Playful Petals stamp set; Chocolate Chip, Mellow Moss and Very Vanilla card stock; Bella Rose Designer Series Paper; Basic Brown stamp pad and Stampin' Write Journaler and Mellow Moss Stampin' Write Marker; Coluzzle, Eyelet Border Punch, Sponge Daubers, Trio Flower Punch, Crimper, and Clear Rhinestone Brads.
